For the Titanic film’s 25th anniversary, can the official music video for “My Heart Will Go On” be uploaded to Celine Dion’s official RU-vid channel? The video for this iconic song has never been officially posted - it’s LONG overdue. ❤ By comparison, “I Will Always Love You” from The Bodyguard is uploaded to Whitney Houston’s RU-vid channel. Where is “My Heart Will Go On”, one of (if not THE) most iconic movie songs of all time. The song is a huge part of the film’s legacy and deserves to be remembered.
If they do upload the song ... I hope it will be the theatrical extended version, not the radio mix one. Due to the fact the one you listen in the end credits is more soft, gentle and really reaches your soul.
@@Geblawi Yea, you wish. Way too much rock and pop ... Whilst the movie version you hear immediately after the final scene ... is *the* perfect composition and rendition of a power and love ballad.
@@victorsamsung2921 I get where you’re coming from; however-and all kiddin’ aside-I still prefer remastering the radio version as that’s the one I became familiar with through repeated airplay on the radio _for a year_ when the movie was first released. I was even disappointed when I initially purchased the VHS and discovered that they used a different version for the end credits.
@@Geblawi Good for you. I still prefer remastering the extended movie version. Not the one made for mass mainstream consumption, with its radio mix diminishing the sound of the love ballad as it was heard in the movie. The version of Titanic's theme song in the movie was done for a specific reason too. If you ever really want to experience what it was like watching the final scene of Titanic, and then, have the 5 minute version of _"My Heart Will Go On"_ play after that. It was insta-magic and tear-jerking good, with so many left sobbing and just blown away by what they just saw and had been listening to. You know, the problem with radio ... and a radio mix is, that it eventually becomes too much, too much repetition and that it saturates your mind and lessens its meaningful impact. Simply, as it was made for mass consumption ... which figures that the radio mix version eventually becomes less special. All the while the other one, continues to connect to the very soul of the movie.
There were 2,224 people on the Titanic, but there was only enough space on the 20 lifeboats for 1,178 (or about 53%) of them, & yet only 710 (or about 32%) people survived the sinking of the ship. Also, if you haven't already, look up "A Night To Remember" on RU-vid since it's essentially the Titanic movie that was made 40 years before Cameron's.
There are several Titanic movies. James Cameron’s is unique because it wasn’t just another movie about the ship, but was a love story, allowing the movie to appeal to a whole different demographic and become a worldwide phenomenon.

The eternal masterpiece returns to crush today's sorry excuses wrongfully called movies! When it came out 1997 I went to watch it twice in one week. Tickets were extremely expensive but it was totally worth it. Since then, every time I watch it I'm hoping the ship will manage to make the turn successfully...
@@Maryam_aam It was my country during inflationary period. What I remember was that the ticket price was equal to my school money for 1 week but I had luck the premiere was around Christmas and my parents gave me money. Half my Christmas money went for the two tickets. Money I usually spent until April have gone in a week. Like I said it was worth it.
Titanic has been one of the greatest movies ever. James Cameron did a fantastic job directing this movie 25 years ago when I was 2 years old 1997 . 1998 I watched it when I was 3 years old and it put a big impact on my mind . I’m really excited to see it in theaters again in 4K . Thank you James Cameron.
I'm so hyped for seeing TITANIC again on the big screen 🤩 In 1998 I saw it for three times in theaters. And now again, with Dolby Atmos, in 3D and 4K, and in very nice premium seats.... ♥️ It's definitely one of the biggest movies ever made. Titanic is the masterpiece!!!!! its a genius work of art!!!!! the storytelling, the acting, the cinematography, the music, the editing, it s perfect!! Breathtaking and touching!!! incredible!!
"Titanic" is my favorite film, but I wasn't impressed with the 2012 re-release. This remastered version is incredible, and like he says, it brought back the thrill of seeing it for the first time.

At least 110 cinemas in this city(Beijing) are warmly welcoming TITANIC back again. In 2018, the tickets for TITANIC in a local movie festival were sold out in 12 seconds online! here Imagine it! I will go with other 300 crazy and eager fans(in one single show with no empty seats, sold out) to welcome her back in theaters again. Cameron, see how we love the movie here! One more day to go, TITANIC is finally back, again in China. We fans are even looking forward to the 100th anniversary if possible.

It was meant to be seen in 2D, that's how it was envisioned and shot. I saw it when it came out on opening day, which of course was 35mm. This (in 2D) will be the closest to that.
