Greg & Ben in USA - 1st stop: San Francisco.
Being on Tour for 10 days without really knowing cities has been quite an experience, Ben and I went to the USA for a tour, using our skates to move around the cities and discover the place in our own way.
Starting off in San Francisco, we had a lot of fun skating around the streets since the center isn't that big for a US city and of course the funniest part was bombing down the hills!!!
We stayed 3 days in SF and I think the only thing we were not prepared for was the wind (sometimes pretty cold) especially since we came to the states with our summer clothes... We also got kicked out from the financial district a few times but that's it, the rest of the time was great and we sure left some polyurethane at the bottom of those hills!
The idea behind this video (and the 3 others which will follow during this month) is to show the travel/adventure as we experienced it ourselves... differently than usual!

Was just searching how to skate downhill slopes like SF since I live here and it's rough! Only to find you crazy guys literally skating a street I used to live by (10th Ave) but at full speeds, blasting through stop signs and the like. The scariest part of SF is all the cars! Not sure how you pulled all that off, but hugely impressed!

I live in sf all my life the weather here in northern California ,the north bay , east bay , peninsula , daly city , Pacifica is always cold and windy if you head down to South bay and central / southern California the weather is much warmer . So next when you come to sf bring some layers , jacket, longsleeves and jeans

Just got my first pair of really good blades.. Haven't taken them off anything major yet because I'm scared to get hurt lol.. Not because I'm a wimp about pain but, I can't stand sitting around recovering and not being able to get back out on the street cuz I twisted an ankle or something.. Sitting around absolutely kills me. Do you guys ever get so hurt you have to stay off your blades for awhile to recover? After watching this I'm really itching to get back out there and try some jumps. Awesome.

Iam always wondering how do they not scare to roll over the street on so high speed? Coz even slides can't stop you so fast as it could need to avoid the impact.

well when you're rolling anywhere in the city.. as a skater you become familiar with your stops and skates and from the speeds you have experience with and learn to Guage when you should slow down before you should stop .. it's a process that has to be learned to be earned. check out my videos ;)

Mario López Just put the play speed to 0.25 and there's your tutorial. You need smooth ground to pull it off, and it's way easier to practise it on wet ground. There's no magic, it's just courage to aggressively turn with your blade. You'll get the courage when you practise it 100 times on wet ground.
