How can Leon coach the backs when there are so many assistant backline coaches to work with? And it would be hard to endure Scott Hansen's coach jargon and talking in riddles. He must have had the same speech writer as John Mitchell.

I think the relationship worked well when Leon was not a head coach. Since he has experience as head coach they may clash because he has his own ideas of how he wants to do things. Better sooner to go their separate ways than later if it is not working. I don't think Razor is afraid to address problems front on so good on him, he is the one who stands or falls with the performance and results of the team.

Never thought leon was that good, took him 5 games to work out how to counter a rushed defence, when it was easy in the end, chip kicks and grubbers work wonders. Dropped the ball when they let tony brown slip through the net.

Leon didn't do much when coaching Auckland, and it's only natural to have teething problems early in the mix. good for Razor to have coaches on the same page.

Tough spot for Leon, one thinks 🤔... when you have two many options and varying results, they do or die in the currnt arena. Maybe pressure? But surely, the cornering effect of final picks for the positions solution solidified one would be worried.

Maybe a storm in a teacup. NZ has an abundance of great coaches, I’m sure you’ll find a suitable replacement. In the short term, the impact could either galvanise the team or it could take a few weeks to sort itself out. Either way, we’re in for two big games which may decide the comp. Maybe this is less about Razor and co, for a couple of years the ABs have not been their best. Maybe someone like JK could help, he always seems to have so much advice for everyone else.

Nz PC style rugby issues is old.Let Leon address the world.and tell us whats the problem .now we robertson addressing the media and lets face it he comes across as awkard and diabolic.Robertson didnt no just how big it is to run a massive organisation. The rugby issues is about 30 percent and the other 70 is all egos,BS and petty stuff..Razor currently doesnt look good maybe there is thruth to it international expierenced counts alot

Then explain t0 me foster then, he got the job from zero international coaching experience as a head coach, two of his assistants were told tthey were fire .. did you come out and attack foster lol, But you made your mind up it’s Scotty fault .. but foster was perfect as a coach was he, we didn’t lose any games under him, oh wait we lost heaps lol
