***** It depends on field. This is more of a speedsoft field mainly because there's only a few airsoft maps and the rest of the games are on the paintball fields. CodeRedAirsoft which is about 30 minutes from this location is a more milsim oriented field.

airsoft is weird, real grenades have blast radius, this depends solely on grenade fragment hitting you. I would not blame a guy being hit from 30feet by random ricochet. But a lot of cheaters would technically be in the death radius.
That poor guy at the end, you brutally slaughtered him, he thought he was going to have it easy, hear a bang and call the hit, but no, you just threw a dud and came running around the corner hacking and slashing his will to live down. You savage. (JK Jet, Just poking fun. Awesome video)
***** It's an outdoor field. It's not that big but it's decent (about 45 acres). The reason is probably that guns up to 420 fps are allowed. (Bolt action can be 520 but they have a 100 foot min)
+rorz because of the guns fps you cant shoot someone within around 10 feet on most guns if even more. So they call "bang, bang" when close to avoid any injuries. Just to make this clear.
+Gustav Lunding Smith yo that was me. the ref was behind jet so if I didn't call bang bang they were gonna call me out on it. As much as I wanted to, I didn't want to cause a problem so I just went with the "Bang Bang" rule to play safe
+FPS Gaming The problem with that, is that it can be greatly abused. I was once playing and a close quarters game with a riot shield pointed at the guys gone, and he called "bang bang" and cleared about 10 people in a room. It's ridiculously abused, and really stupid.
I'm not gonna lie, the derpiest I've ever seen anyone look in airsoft is Jet walking in a straight line with his hand out in front of him holding a grenade. And yet, it's somehow strangely satisfying.
What happens at the end? Do you just go around picking up empty grenades? Can people steal them? Do the refs take them and give them to you at the end?
Most of the time it's up to people to get their own grenades back, though refs might help. Stealing someone else's grenade is the same as stealing anything else: it's their property, and if you get caught stealing one you'll most likely be told off or something along the lines of that.
Pretty sure the guy legit didn't know that the grenade counted. I don't play airsoft I just enjoy your videos and I thought a thunder B shot bbs until now.

When you're having a nice time with Jet and NOVRITSCH and Unicorn Leah and you just filmed all of their shots and then you get triple killed by Jet with a grenade you designed. 😂
I think that guy at 6:15 knew what type of grenade it was, he just thought _all_ grenades were banned indoors so grenades indoors don't count. Understandable mistake IMO, and he called it when you explained that it's just the poppy type that's banned inside.
