B-A-D-A-S-S . . . . . . goose-bumps, that's what this 53 yr old dude is getting right now. This is a floor shattering - industrial club anthem at it's best. Pure awesomeness. Those who totally vibe this song, listen to......PANZER AG "Filth God" + COMBICHRIST "Today I woke to the rain of blood" Love & Respect______mykey from toronto
Just re-discovered Grendel today. Around 12-14 years ago or so I used to listen to Grendel a lot during my aggrotech phase, and I remember all of a sudden Grendel was playing walking distance from my university dorm in Stockholm in I think 2008 or 2007, and I just managed to get to the show (open to all) to hear Grendel play Zombie Nation as their last long, and witness everyone in the vicinity go insane, including me.
2005/06 Game changer. I was already a metal/techno/industrial junkie for years. This was a purely inevitable destiny. Along with NOISUF-X "Toccata Del Terrore" the very begining of my journy into ebm/harsh ebm powernoise gothic industrial aggrotech scenes
Same here... This, soilbleed V3 and pretty much the entirety of noisuf-x's beauty of destruction and [distatix]'s medication albums were on repeat for at least a year round that time.
I wish I hadn't donated all my old club wear. I was totally prepared for this pandemic and didn't even know it. 🤣 This song brings back so many fond memories of nights on the dancefloor.
Grendle won their place in my world with "timewave zero". Zombi nation had its place earlier already. and i am just full of joy to experience THIS! thanks to the uploader and the artists. tanks for those that disliked. It is a masterpiece. my favourite thing about it: the in and out fading voices (with a hellofachorustoFX) giving that smashhit the right spooky atmosphere that the version by kernkraft400 is missing.
Scary. The bodies return looking different - with mostly ghost bodies with maybe a skull face... [nervously]d-d-dead r-r-et-turn-ning t-to l-l-iffe[chatter]
i suppose we all have the same dream: a hundred years from now, a man carrying a lantern enters a darkened tomb. He's already nervous, and he hears something behind him. He turns and holds up the lantern. It's a hideous skeleton! Speechless with fear, he stumbles backward. He trips, dropping the lantern. The oil spills and catches him on fire. A flailing fire-ball, he runs from the tomb, into the night.
There isnt any group standing after this song. The Orginal Composer of this tune is David Whittaker, who made this music for C64 Game called "Lazy Jones" in 1984.
This is from the original Soilbleed. If my memory serves right, Grendel got into some copyright trouble with the original song's owners, so they re-released the album as Soilbleed Redux w/o this track. I suspect there's no chance this song will ever be distributed officially again, including on Spotify.
Hey, thank you for uploading this great song. I want to use it in one of my dancing videos. Do you know how I can get the rights or licence to it so I don't get a copy right claim?
