Not that I disagree, but I think methane is a much more serious problem than Carbon Dioxide currently. Because you can filter it out of the air with plants. Methane, you can't and it's many times stronger. Carbon is still bad, but Methane is worse.
Anyone reading this could do what I'm suggesting, a packaging recycling business for medium to large towns and cities, you will need a warehouse which could be paid for by giving the landlord a percentage of the profits instead of paying a set fee for rent, so basically you set up a drop of point for all types of plastic packaging which is then sorted and sold to companies for a fraction of the cost of what it would cost if it was new packaging, thus saving the council thousands of pounds in refuse disposal costs and saving companies thousands from purchasing new packaging and saving tons of plastic from going to landfill, incineration etc.

Here in Canada I do not see any amount of change, people are to complacent in that it has not yet affected their lifestyle so they continue polluting with no conscience. We have a conservative party that has taken a step backwards in that they put the dollar as the most important. The liberal government does not have the guts to make the necessary changes into law. The Green party is the only one that continues its long crusade to lessen our footprint but unfortunately they have the least support. We have an election coming in a few months I sincerely hope we see the change in political will to get on the wagon and make this quest a priority.

However, what I do know with a high degree of certainty is that Greta Thunberg has the most perfect balance of wisdom I have ever seen or heard of in a human being. Wisdom is about the precise balance of knowing what you don't know, and knowing what you do known. Overreaching and over-extending your knowledge, in making pronouncements about what you can be certain of is the biggest flaw in a person. It is not an either or thing, there are different degrees of it, and even the same person can learn over time, and how well they apply this varies. At one end of the spectrum there is the type of Trump level of stupidity and presumptuousness, where he makes a fool of himself by constantly making pronouncements about things he has no real understanding of. However, I have never seen Greta make that mistake once. She is very careful to keep within the boundaries of what she knows, and what can be known and verified. She is very wise in never overstepping the mark, and always says I don't know about this, my knowledge is not good enough about this etc. The historical Buddha had this ability. Where whenever he was asked about things like god, what happens to us after death etc, he would decline to answer, illuminating this principle with the poisoned arrow parable. A big trap most people can fall into is an inflated ego, where people are praised, it goes to their heads and they start making pronouncements on all sorts of things they can be sure of. Yet despite the adulation placed on someone so young, Greta has never fallen into this trap. When questioned or interviewed, Greta shows unusual awareness. Many people have unkindly suggested that she should be cross-examined by some tough interviewer like Andrew Neil, because she would fold and be revealed as a fraud. I am 100% certain that no matter who questioned Greta, she would sail through everything they could throw at her, and if they overstepped the mark, it would be them left looking silly, not the other way around. This is because as long as you are entirely sincere, and always keep within the bounds of what you know, and what can be known for certain, it is impossible for someone to catch you out. Only if you get clever, are disingenuous, or over-extend yourself, can you be caught out.
