@@DecemberRoseMusic Question - are you also a night owl? I have been a night owl since I was a teenager and mostly up late in my 20's being stressed and processing trauma. I wonder if there's a hormonal link to not enough Vitamin D from sun (bed at 7am wake at 7pm) and hair greying? I don't have grey hair yet but I notice less rich brown pigment which is why I am looking this up. I have always had ashy brown hair since age 12 onwards so it's hard to tell.
