Scene of merder (ellen pompeo and patrick dempsey) of episode 8x10 8.10 of season 8 of grey's anatomy. This clip are property of ABC Television . "NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT".
When Derek wraps his arm around the both of them Zola smiled. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this scene. I knew the baby was at the door as soon as the doorbell rang. I love this family and so happy Zola is back. Such a pretty girl to go along with such a pretty family. Can't wait for Thursday
I have an adopted daughter myself because I am am an adopted and it was such a pleasure having my parents that I could not imagine not doing it again I am so grateful that I am now looking forward to seeing if a sibling group is interested in staying together and then maybe having some babies biologically
Scenes like this make me so sad. They could have ended Grey's in S8 with so many great endings. Meredith and Derek becoming parents and moving to Boston for Meredith's career. Mark and Lexie find their way back to each other and Mark proposes. Alex's interviews lead him to Izzie's hospital and they reconnect after finding out she used the eggs. Cristina and Owen still divorce and Cristina is still offered Burke's hospital (Best character ending so far) Jackson and April realise that they love each other and we avoid all of the shit they were put through. Callie and Arizona are still happy and continue to raise Sofia with Mark (and now Lexie!) Miranda and Ben are happy and perfect and we don't have the shitty storylines of him career-hopping. Adele's death (which I know doesn't happen until S9) gives closure to Webber's affair storyline. Almost all of the cast would have been in the finale, it was the natural conclusion for so many of the characters and at 8 seasons, it would have been a more consistent series. Ending on a high note rather than everyone thinking it was past its prime.
Alleluiaaaaaa you said it all. What's the point of continuing with a show that is not the same show anymore and that is the hardest part when u dont recognize a series that you love.
i love how at the start she was the intern and he was the married guy and now... its so amazing to see how they have changed and how their realtionship changed.
The episode had been so incredibly sad and heartbreaking, I was crying my eyes out. Then there was this scene... and I cried more, but this time out of joy :) This is such a happy moment!
BEST SCENE EVER. What I love the most is that they say that they would have been okay even without children. That's exactly why they'll be amazing parents. That's just so great that they've got this far, if one thinks of their whole story is incredible, really.
When Meredith and Derek finally get Zola back it's just so beautiful. This moment will always be one of my all time favourites of the entire series. 😍😊😄🎉
This is one of those few moments when we see dark and twisty Meredith Grey being genuinely happy. You can see in her smile just how overwhelmed with joy she is❤️
Keep watching this over and over again. A McDreamy moment for MerDer before Zola arrived. Then Zola putting her finger out to Mer and getting a cute kiss, bless. Love it
This was the episode that got me addicted to Grey's!! My friend for years kept telling me that this show was amazing and one night I was filling through the channels and I came to it and watched it, I cried so hard the whole time watching it and the very next day I began watching all the episodes on netflix and now I'm soooo excited for season 9!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is such a perfect moment. I think I've to thank Shonda for being such a genius. Since the first season, I'm waiting for something like that. And there it was, something so big, so magical, so overwhelming. I cried my eyes out like during all the scene and after like i don't know. Finally, this is real, Mer got what she wanted, a family, and I'm so damn thrilled. I couldn't even say a word, just thanks for the happiness, for sharing a perfect moment, Shonda.
Zola and Bailey. Their close in age so that's good for the kids. I'm with Anubis Anderson. I also cried when watching this. I cried harder when I realized George was the John Doe hit by the bus.
Nice to see MerDer showing how much they love each otherwith a McDreamy moment. Then best 'pizza delivery' ever. I can't watch this without crying. Love it.
GAH!!!:)) I loveeeee MerDer and Zola!! When Mer said "isn't that our baby?" and when Derek said "Yes, yes she is" I just started crying!! :')) MerDer just has that effect on me!!!
I've seen this scene a hundred times, and every single time I just can't stop the tears! Beautiful scene, and a beautiful song! (Snow Patrol - New York) I LOVE MERDER&ZOLA!
im watching patrick dempsey (jimbo) in Outbreak right now he's so cute with all those mcdreamy hair and i remember naming my dog after his character...walking down memory lane..lol
I was half watching the episode, the bell rings and I looked up to the screen, Meredith made that face and I though WHAT IS HAPPENING ??! And then she asks if it's there baby and I, I just... Janet and Derek and... OMG ! That little laugh Meredith made I just fall in love, more then I allready was ! This is AMAZING ! I think I could watch it for ever !!
Just by looking at mer’s eyes you know damn well this was supposed to happen. All trough it all, difficulties, mistakes, hard times, it was meant to be. Derek and Mer were meant to be. They were meant to grow with each other, and learn from each other. It’s called evolution and I’m so happy they went through it together. These two make me so happy because I know that they were not perfect, they got through thick and thin and they made it. Him dying was so sad. I wish I could have experienced that new face of their relationship. And I have faith if he wouldn’t have died, it would have been the closest thing to perfection. Meredith would have won the Harper Avery, and she would have succeed in her career. Just like she actually did, but with Derek by her side. I’m pretty damn sure
He even would have met his last daughter Ellis which is definitely one of the saddest things about his death. Ellis head about her daddy but she never met him because he died which is a sad thing about a lot more children than we ever know
this episode was the saddest episode of season 8 other than the season finale of course! and this scene just makes the whole heart break of an episode bearable.
I love this coz Mer and derek used to find a way to solve there problems, and the way they stayed together through the fight they had up to saying we will be OK the two of us it's love then Zola come aawww
@Castlegrey100 We like Zola because she is adorable. This storyline shows that people have more options other than having their own child ( which merder were unable to do), or staying childless. This as a situation that many couples go through.
