I don't get why some people feel like Derek is like a tool here, I think he is just freaking scared about Meredith and the baby. I specially love that "don't mess this up" from him when they are about to start the C-section.
How can people say that Derek was being mean and an asshole when he was trying to protect his wife and baby I mean Meredith had a miscarriage before this baby he doesn’t want this one to die too
Derek is just being a normal husband and father in this situation he's scared she's scared there stressed it's pitch dark trust me he's being a normal husband
