Vader actually isn't even in his prime, being a jacked-up, Force-dependent cyborg and all, while Obito was basically one of the Final Bosses of Naruto, and was harboring the original source of all chakra inside his body. Seriously, the Ten Tails/God Tree was originally brought to Naruto's planet by a tribe of aliens millennia ago, with the plan to use the tree as a tool to suck all the life out of the planet and create special fruit for the aliens to eat. Yeah...it started off as a series about ninja, and went WAY off the rails.
It wasn't really about ninjas, they use magic and have giant creatures, naruto is inspired in myths this clan of aliens are the otsutsuki clan and they gave origin to everything, the tentails are just seeds used to consume planets. They are the main bosses of boruto.
@_-------------------_ yeah, I'm familiar with the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, but still, the Otsutsuki Clan harvesting planets was a bit out of left field. I'm not even mad about it, though. The main thing about Naruto that irritated me was the Sharingan basically being a damn cheat code for so long. 😆
