This was so sweet, cute, and beautiful. It brought tears to my eyes. Also, Holly's voice is so calming and wonderful. I love cooking even as a child and have always wanted to cook with them and learn from them but my parents didn't have the time and I never got the chance to do this with them. Now I'm 23 and crying by myself away from home while watching this. Maybe in the next life, if I'll have another chance, I'd love to do this with my parents and family. Thank you for being an inspiration Gordon. And if I ever leave through and become a parent myself, I will make sure to give my children more than enough of the things I didn't have including time. Because time is life and it's ticking away every second. Moving from moment to moment that could never become available again. All we have is now. Right here, right now, this moment. I hope we all choose to use our finite time in this life for the things that really matter. And parents, please make time for your children. The little moments that may not feel significant at the moment might be some of the most precious memories you and your children will remember and treasure in the future. Good meals keep the family together. Cooking together deepens and strengthens the family even more. Thank you.

I find chicken to easily be the most versatile type of meat. So much you can do with the stringy yet smooth texture of a well-tenderised chicken. You can make it light and creamy with a mayonnaise or salad, it can be deliciously tangy with a good S&S sauce, salty and spicy with a well-spiced deep fry (complimented with some creamy coleslaw), it can be slightly spicy yet sublimely sweet with a good smoky barbecue sauce, and can be utilised in many other ways to present a certain flavour.

You know what I love about Ramsay's cooking videos compared to other ones is that it's all about cooking and no long-drawn bullshit about his life story of chicken. He just cooks and enjoys it with his family.
