Grief & loss - the lead up to loosing my Dad. & advice for others. 

I lost my Dad after a battle with Cancer at end of September 2019. I feel the grieving process is personal to each individual but just wanted to share my own experience in the lead up to his passing! Also a brief part at the end for anyone who has lost someone recently.
