And he was killed, moments after he took the life of this officer, I feel nothing for the suspect and his family this officer didn't deserve this. This was senseless and tragic. This office gave his life for his community and was doing his duty as an officer of this community! IDC what anyone has to say about police officers these days this was different!!!!!! Not all cops are the same and this was unnecessary by all means. If anything, the suspect got off easy by being killed so easily!!!!

the idea that cops kill black people for fun is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. it doesn't even statistically hold water when you tally the data for officer involved shootings and what races they affect and what led up to them, 99 percent of the time the suspect had a weapon. people seem to forget that being a cop is just an occupation, not a personality rate. its like you can accept that they were a normal person before they got the job but as soon as they turn in that application they're now a murderous psycho that hates black people lol.

He was killed by an armed robber. I guess in a dystopian society it is okay to steal and destroy private property and shoot at the law officers ( detectives). Wouldn't you call the police if this suspect would try to steal your car or break into your home. I guess you would not. I guess you would be ok. Because he has the right to steal.... A functioning society need law enforcement. However, police brutality is not acceptable in such society.

you're right officer deaths don't happen daily. but they definitely happen yearly. if you're specifically talking chances of death, sure the job isn't anywhere near the top, but the chances of injury are significantly higher than 90 percent of jobs. dozens of officers are injured one way or another in south florida daily while that number is in the tens of thousands around the country. sounds like you're the one who needs perspective and context.

it happens too often for me. they shut down all the roads and make everyone sit in gridlock traffic forever just burning gas.

If you seperate the cops that drive cars all day from the other ones the stats would make it one of the worst because they crash all the time.
