Nice recipe... i just added ginger garlic paste more while marinating it and added a bit of ginger and onion powder into the maida milxture.

That's good... 😊 👍 I avoided ginger and garlic paste becoz it might form carbon which affects the overall look of the dish... And ya u can add garlic powder and onion powder for more flavour.. I didn't have those.. Thats why didn't add...

Ya try n see it will be crispy if you use rice flour.. You can grill it even without flour...

You can make it without flour too.. It tastes equally yum.. I used flour just to have a outer coating...Will suggest you an another method without flour.. Check below 👇 Grill the fish fillets with just applying salt, chilli flakes, garlic powder, mixed herbs, lemon juice and pepper powder.. It tastes heavenly... 😊 👍 Try and let me know

I stay in Dubai and it's easily available here bro.. Its called white fish fillets... This s frozen type but it's available fresh too...
