Grilled Whole Bronzino With Ginger, Garlic, Scallion Sauce

I can't bring myself to pay $70 or $80 for a whole grilled Bronzino at a restaurant. They are way too easy to cook at home. If you overcook it a little bit don't fret, these fish are incredibly forgiving!
Ginger garlic scallion green sauce - (Enough sauce for 4-6 fish)
1 head garlic peeled and chopped
3 inch piece of ginger peeled and chopped
5 bunches scallions
2-4 Fresh chili peppers of your choice. No stems or seeds!
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon MSG
2 cups herbs of your choice, cleaned and washed
1 cup Neutral oil like avocado, grape seed, canola
Lemon juice and Caine vinegar as needed. This amount of ingredients would use about 1 lemon juiced and 1
-Combine all ingredients except herbs into a pot and heat over medium heat until garlic is soft and starting to change color. About 8-10 minutes. It should go low and slow so the garlic doesn't burn.
-Pour into bowl allow to come to room temperature. Blend with herbs until smooth.
-Before serving mix with lemon juice and vinegar. Adjust with salt, msg and sugar as needed.
This sauce is great on all meat pretty much. It's very tasty and keeps for weeks in your fridge as long as you don't add the lemon or vinegar!
