As a retired chef may I make a suggestion about the burger meat. The next time to hurry up the cooking and to make it cook evenly, This may sound silly but use your finger to punch a hole through the middle so it looks like a doughnut with about a 1/2 inch hole. Why? By doing so you will get an even cook from the top, bottom, sides AND center out! WE used this for many year in my restaurant to make hamburger steaks and swiss steaks. Don't worry about the hole as the meat will shrink while cooking the hole will seal up and you will never know it is there. It is a simple and quick way to cook a burger and they will come out done like you like them every time. Thanks for the Videos
I t does really work especially if you have a thicker burger like a 1/3 pound or more. It is simple because the hole in the middle allows the cooking to come from inside and the outside. Thanks for your reply and feel free to take the idea and try it ...and of course take credit for it yourself as your invention
That's really stupid advice. No "chef" is going to tell people that unless they cleaned the bathroom a mcdonalds and pretended they were a chef. Go find some real chefs and tell them that so they can laugh in your face
As a person that sometimes pairs rice with soup, I find this pretty normal. (Don’t leave the rice in the soup for too long, otherwise it will get really soggy and will probably ruin your appetite)
i mean it's meat and rice, there's nothing strange about it. hell you can go to a hawaiian joint in america and order a loco moco and it's the same thing
This channel has honestly intrigued me about visiting Japan to see the trains and vending machines, including the car culture and what surprised me is hearing Van halen's Panama playing in the background, insanely good taste in music sending a highfive from the US
It's really fantastic. Also kind of not what you might think. (TV or movie hype) But it's better. I went in 2019 and am again in 2024. Would have been sooner. But you know that thing happened. 😮 😊😊
@@yumikarasu8171 They are most likely not pasteurized in Japan, where they are in the US. When eggs are naturally laid they have a coating on them that prevents air/bacteria from getting inside the shell. They also last quite a bit longer. Once you wash them that coating is gone. Which is why there is a higher risk of food poisoning in US eggs (although it is still a fairly small risk contrary to popular belief). My family has their own chickens we raise and the quality is exceptionally better than regular store bought US egg. If you can find access to farm eggs I highly recommend it.
Hello! USA 🇺🇸 Missouri here. Our daughter has a farm with cows, chickens, a few pigs and goats, we flame broil a lot of meat!!! Good stuff! We call the little burgers like that sliders. Enjoy! Great music you’re listening too, Steppenwolf, Smoke on the water!!!
Yay!!! I’ve been missing your regular content. 😢 Though I wish this was a longer video…really missing your longer stuff….I totally understand if you just don’t have the time to make that type of content right now and I’m just happy to see that you’re still uploading something. I do so look forward to your videos though and hope that you’ll be returning to the longer videos soon. Much love from Pennsylvania in the US!!! ✌🏻🥰😊
the soundtrack in this place is like it was made for people who record their meals and post them for a foreign audience, lol! bon jovi, blur and avril lavigne were my standouts haha (^: also the food looks soooo good with the egg yolk
1) I love this video so much!!! It's so relaxing and calming, I love it!! The food also looks soooo yummy!! 2) I wish America had places like these, but it's so bad here the business wouldn't last longer than a week.. I want to experience this for real and be able to have this experience. 3) Maybe I'm just dumb, but I didn't know places in Japan played Western songs!! I recognized so many of my favorite songs and was shocked to hear them, haha!!
It’s great to see how it’s prepared, and what ingredients it uses to cook a great dish, and learning step by, how to cook everything together as one dish.👍👍
wow what great value especially for japan..that meal looked awesome!! not really a fan at cooking my own dinner in a restaurant but ive done it b4 in thailand..i like the classic rock music in the background..surprized youtube didnt shut the vid down..i cant wait to go to japan!! ill go here for sure ...seems like a kool place
Thank you so much for the new video! Believe it or not my Yorkie loves your channel and we sit and watch every new video together! We look forward to the next!
Looks like fun, reminds me of toy kitchen sets when I was a little girl. Looks like enough to eat and the second bowl of rice would be necessary with the 3 small patties.
I love the furikake you can get here in Australia. I hardly ever have it on rice though - I have a soft-boiled egg almost every day with breakfast and I sprinkle the furikake on top. 😊
