I saw this battle live. The energy in the room simply can't be captured with a video. Easily one of the best battles I've ever seen. It was electric and the rebuttals didn't fucking stop.

I love watching Nocan battle.. you can tell when he freestyles and its fucking better than most people's writtens... his written style is also very unique and poetic. It's a fresh change from the typical over aggressive style.

The Jin line still give me the shivers after all these years... best off the top ever. Shame nocan stopped battling

One thing i love about dizaster during his battles is his BODY LANGUAGE..it conveys his material so much more powerfully and with much more conviction

I love Nocando's style yo.... He doesn't get near the respect he should get from todays battle fans. smh kids don't even know he's cold in any format you put him in.

Watching this in 2016 is awesome! They had so much history. Grindtime was the shit back then!

NoCan's verse has been one of my top 3 favorite verses of all time. His rebuttals were sharp, the anime scheme visual was insane and of course you have to take into account who he's going against, the time constraints of a 1 week prep and the overall era of battling at the time was very 'fun'. Still existent, much of that 'fun' has disappeared. As much of a fan I am of people exposing others, hitting hard with personals (Caustic), people will go to the extent of making shit up these days about other rappers just to get a reaction and if that's the case, it's just a storytelling competition - who's fiction sounds the most non-fiction. I'm glad this battle is up, I watch this once or twice a year to remember when shit was still 'fun'. It's a travesty it hasn't hit a million views yet.

I've watched this battle seriously 30 times now. Nocan's freestyles are SICK. Dizaster kills it like usual, and you can tell these guys have a lot of history and ammo on each other. This is the single best battle I've ever seen for entertainment value and rhymes. If anyone has one they think is better please tell me, but I've seen my fair share, too. ;)

Dizaster's Flo-Rida/ ghostwriter/ Fort Minor rebuttal is absolutely crazyyyy!!! Both Nocan and Diz are legends. Anyone who says that they're overrated either doesn't know their history or doesn't appreciate certain crucial aspects of battle rap and hip hop in general.

The hentai scheme was next level for its day - Multiple Mid round rebuttals - why is when Diz goes against an MC who outshines his freestyle ability (DNA also) fans can't admit he took an L?

This was a hell of a battle. I think it was close, all the way down the line. Diz is the only one of them who is still on the battling scene, so I guess Diz got it, but Nocando was crazy.

One of the top 3 battles I have ever seen. I come back and watch it every so often. A battle this close could be argued either way, but I think NoCan's personals were kinda overwhelming and trumped the hyper imaginary murder scheme bars. Great job by both though....
