Can probably use 4 lighter standoffs in place of the center 4 ones if not all of them to get it under 250g, u don't need those big beefers on such a light kwad, maybe just the front 2, maybe even slam it down 5-8mm, also replace a bunch of the screws to titanium, mine is on order, i planned on using a nano cam and after seeing this I'm probably going to have to heavily chamfer all the carbon, i want mine under 250 and i want to put the motor protecting tpu feet on it to match my Demibot

I’m at 256g on my 6s Grinderino build with O3. Just waiting on titanium screws to save some weight and potentially reprint the antenna holder with a lighter material

Sounds Sweet!! What mah 6s are you using? My 6s is 359g with a 650 6s, lol. I'm getting longer runtime on my 6s but my 4s grinderinos are freakin awesome!!

Mamba MK4 F722 Mini Reactor-66 stack( any 20x20 35amp or more will be fine) EMAX Eco ll 2004-3000kv( you will have to cut the motor power level down in betaflight, very easy to do) I'm not sure what video system or receiver you will be using, I can let you know what I'm using if you need the info. Joshua Bardwell has 2 video series how to build a quad. They are awesome, he shows you everything in perfect detail! The 3d prints are from brain3d.com.

I have a bunch of those ethix fsp from tbs blowout sale, i used some mine on a 4inch long range build that ran on 4s, but it got ran over by a semi truck when i cart wheeled it out into the street due to video loss behind trees, was really smooth and efficient, got 18 minute flights before the carnage, whats your opinion on your emax vs ethix grinderino builds? Is the 6s actually a big difference? Or negligible?

good questions! I had to cut back the ethix motors a little, they were running a little hot but working fine. It wasn't a big difference from 4s, just heavier and a slightly longer flight time. I'm running those emax ecoii2004 3000kv now on 6s and they work perfect barely getting warm, good punch! My fav is the aerolite 1605 3600kv on 4s! I've got 3 with that setup and they rip!!

@@slowerlowerrc yeah, i had same issue with those ethix getting hot right away, thats kind of common with multi core wrapped stators, i also got occasional desyncs on 6s, i found they worked great and was super efficient on 4s though. I've got more but going to put them on a 3 inch cinewhoop build i have planned, i found that the skystars koko 1505 motors pretty much match the performance of the ummagawd 1605, I've had a great experience with all the skystars koko motors, they seem to under rate them a smidge and they run cold with the 3630 props with a Jhemcu 40a ghf411aio on 4s, i have them on a cheap AliExpress frame cuz i couldn't get a grinderino, just ordered it friday when Botgrinder announced they was back in stock
