Hello I have new rotor and brake pads. i am getting a high pitch noise on the front right side only. And everything is lubed up and cleaned it before. I got rotors resurfaced and it went away for a good week and now its back again. It happens when i am about to push the brakes fully and stop completely, you hear a high pitch noise right before stopping not for long but its annoying. And its loud when its cold. cant figure it out.
Either of you find what was causing this noise when braking? I’m having it when coming to a stop. Brakes have been checked, pads only a year old, and rotors replaced. Grind came back. Typically after driving for 20-30 minutes and only when coming to a stop at below 20 mph.
They all do this. I have yet to see a solution to it. I’ve had two garages change the pads and rotors multiple times. Caliper has been changed. Still squeaks at low speeds right before stopping and it does it loudly. Bought the $90 Kia pads and still does. Can only get it to go away for a week or two. There has to be a reason and solution to this but I have yet to find it.
@@clem91481did anyone find a solution? Having the same issue. Ordered some pads and rotors. Sounds like something rubbing or scraping. I hearing it when I’m turning the wheel to the right or when I’m stopping after driving for a while
I have a cracking sound while breaking. It sounds like electrocution. I can hear it on low speed drive, my husband says its not a time to check it but I am really scared to drive it.
