I love 95%❤️ of Ecuadorian food omg so delicious 🤤 but the problem is that not everyone knows how to prepare to Cook the yummy way with the real authentic flavor 👌 mmm encebollado I’m not a fan at all 😅waaaaay better it’s sancocho de pescado 👌🍲 or encebollado made with can tuna 🤭👌sometimes taste good 👍 o with shrimp 🍤…. I❤️guatita, caldo de bolas de plátano verde omg the best soup 🍲👌, I also like caldo de pata 🍲, chicken stew, hornado, hominy with chicharron ❤️😋👌, cazuela, bollo, Ecuadorian crabs , in manabi they have viche it’s a seafood soup 👌Omg manabi also have the best manjar (dulce de leche, arequipe ) lol in Guayaquil I love sanduche de chancho ❤️pork roast with bread 🥖 and curtido de cebolla 👌👌👌chochos it’s lupini beans 👌love it , humitas 🫔, tamal , menestras de lenteja 🍛

to be honest, the first time I tasted Encebollado, I didnt like the smell, but later when one day we slept high (with a few friends after some small party) and wokeup with a hangover, we went to eat Encebollado (as a recommendation) and Since then, ENCEBOLLADO HAS BEEN ONE OF THE BEST MORNING MEALS I COULD EAT ESPECIALLY ON A SATURDAY OR SUNDAY MORNING.

You gotta have Guatita in Esmeraldas!!
