Excellent video Murdoch on a tension free drill! I agree that anxiety and overconfidence are also a contributing factor to tension. One thing I try to do is maintain a light grip, relaxed shoulders, and loose forearms throughout my swing. Not always accomplished, but I still strive for it! Well Done Murdoch!
