Many years ago I played competitive racquetball. Also I played some tennis. You're right people without experience having to learn the skill to change grips. I don't even know when I'm doing it. But when I was first in rackets sports I do remember having trouble changing grips.
You could just buy a hesacore grip, it’s a permanent solution. Everybody loves them, a ton of pros like Jaume vich, Thomas Wilson, Tyson mcguffin, etc use it and love it.
Hesacores are great! Love them! Not sure they’d help you break the habit of shifting grips like I experienced when starting out in pickleball, but will def help maintain your grip once you've trained it and built some muscle memory. If you have a super tight grip, you might be able to skip the Fixer and try a Hesacore right away for the feedback that highlights where your knuckles should rest. I also made a video on Hesacores that shares some installation tips as well!
