Hello Darlings!
This was my grocery cost for the month of November (I know I'm late) but it's still very relevant okay, lol

I suggest buying fresh produce at outdoor street market/farmers market. The produce is a lot cheaper than chain grocery stores.

I would honestly love to, however the closest market I’ve spotted is a good 45min one way trip for me. I’m honestly not willing to travel that far for fruits & veggies 🥹 I’m happy to pay for convenience , with Kurly 🥲

It does, sometimes even better 🥲 I love the meat here, a lot of the red meat I get from albazaar is also imported from Australia, delicious.

I’ve only come across one small attest market in my CBD, but haven’t had luck buying there because I usually go to the area for clothing shopping & the market is outside, so I get way too lazy to dash back outside again for fruits & veggies 😩

I honestly feel like they are. You can pretty good deals at a lot of these stores. They sometimes have 1+1 deals & great sales! A lot of people also order online from stores outside of Korea 😁

Generally, things are more expensive...but it depends on what you want to buy.

Yes depends on what you want to buy & how you want to live this side of the world. The prices seems so high, but when you’re earning “millions” 30 000KRW is nothing 😅 It is expensive here, but with salaries here, life is pretty much doable
