Get with me on an unforgettable journey of grocery shopping. Going through my shopping list, ranging from vodka to wet wipes. / vladigalagan / vladigal_official Probiotics: Lactobacillus bulgaricus
Just finished shopping at Walmart in Groves Texas. For one week of food $220. That is eating healthy. Proteins, rice and vegetables. The cost for me in texas has gone up 40% In the last 3 years Crazy expensive now days to eat healthy.
I love you❤❤❤❤. Such a warm and welcoming personality. You make me smile watching your videos. Keep doing what your doing. Hope all goes well with you.
Keep up the good work. Don't let others tell you what to eat and what not, You look far healthier than people we see these days 👍. I went to a cutting phase and went from 30% ish body fat to 17% ish within two months and Cola Cola Zero was my Mental escape moment from no sugar period .
So enjoy your slice of life videos. Your beautiful personality always comes through. I usually spend about 150 to 200 dollars each week in bulk. Thanks for the info.
I'm in the US. I was trying to order some plain shredded wheat cereal from our local bulk shopping store but they only sold the sugar-coated ones, however plain oats are still commonly available here. I like to add frozen berries to mine. A regular grocery store would have had the plain shredded wheat available but the downside of the bulk shopping stores is smaller selection.
Hi Vladislava. Thank you for posting a great video with so much great health advice. I'm from the United States in New Jersey. I go to the grocery store about 3 times per week and spend about $25.00 to $30.00 each time .
You can get most of your vitamins from beef liver, if you can handle it twice a week. You're lucky to have such fresh food. My wife makes our bread because we live in the U.S.
@@hardstyle905 It's just full of preservatives and the wheat germ is removed. It's supposedly "enriched", but that just means nothing. There's a saying we have.. "the whiter the bread, the quicker you're dead". Every path leads to being reliant on medication here, what about where you're from?
METRO market works like that in Turkey. Small business buy from there. Costco in US with annual fee. Online shopping more convenient. Compare prices etc. Btw plain yoghurt not greek. Yoghurt, Kefir, Apple vinegar, Sauerkraut, Pickle etc has Probiotics. But needs to be organic not from Dnone. Love you.Hope you come Istanbul.
Infllation is crazy high in the US. I live alone, so it doesn't pay to buy bulk but I average around $120 a week. I try to eat clean and close to nature. Love your videos. You are a fascinating (and beautiful) person. When do you go back to gym, diet, and training? How log was your break? Do you find it hard to get started again and regain your momentum?
I go to the gym here and there but not consistently, I need a mental break from lifting, I dont care if I get smaller. I takes usually a month for me to get back in the saddle. I know 100% that I will get my shape back in a matter of weeks, but I must say it IS difficult to gain the weight back. But Ive done it before, so I rest assured I can do it again
The store you were at is exactly like SAM's here in the states! Everything is in bulk and mostly for businesses and you have to have a membership to make purchases. Also, with your physique, you can buy whatever you want looking the way you look cause apparently you are doing something right, so you dont ever have to explain or make excuses for buying unhealthy items. BTW, wet wipes are indeed the best(no one uses regular toilet papers anymore lol)
Our family consists of four people and we spend about twice as much money as you do. Your suggestion of buying in bulk is very suitable for us, so for that thank you. You come across as a kind and humble soul, as well as humorous and genuine, simple. The combination of strength and a kind heart is unbeatable. God bless you, Vladislava. Peace
I spend about $200 USD a week for myself in groceries. Bulk buy every 2 weeks and fill in with smaller grocery trips throughout the week for fresh food.
I go in smaller supermakets every other day, 800 CZK (=$35) per visit on average = 2800CZK (=$120) weekly. I remember weekly "forays" to Prague outskirts' Macro was 1200 CZK (=$50) 18y ago, but we stop doing it for some reason.
Always get 2 large tubs of greek yogurt, organic oats, dried fruits, seeds, nuts & frozen fruit, and other proteins , I spend around £100 a week, you have to buy in bulk when bodybuilding ❤
Damn $160 for that is pretty cheap here in New Zealand. Groceries are expensive. You literally have to be a millionaire to shop here, but we just had a Costco open up, and it helps when buying in bulk
Hi, I'm from Trinidad and Tobago. I live watching your videos. I usually spend approximately TT $500.00 per week at the grocery store for 5 days worth of eating.
I buy in bulk when i go to Sam's Club. They do sell regular oatmeal here without added sugars. But shopping daily in small quantities at my local HEB grocery store is better. Cheers from South Texas. 👍😉👍
Great video, looking forward to the next! Happy to see that everyone makes fun of how French sounds lol. Your grocery puts both our Sam's Club and Costco to shame, I need to find a place that sells skyr in Minnesota. I spend $100-$300 a couple times a month buying bulk foods: strip steaks, roasts, eggs, chicken tenderloins, wild salmon and shrimp, and fresh produce (and beer lol).
When you were cement skiing with the shopping cart 😂, I do that too 🙌To answer your question Vladislava, the spinach eating is character is Popeye. Thanks for sharing your shopping day!
hey vlad, dont eat too much of ur loved tuna cuz of high concentration of Hg (mercury). I like your shirt: greetings from germany =) according to your question: i spend ~ 750-900 EUR/month so 187,5-225 a week on grocery visting the shop 5 times/ week.
This was great. Thanks for sharing. Very inspiring. I love how you are so serious about what you do. Awsome. What are your views on alcohol? Do you ever get drunk?
🥔Des pommes de terre de caractère ! 😌 Im french and so happy i found your instagram and ytb channel i 🎨study art and your body is a masterpiece to study !! Sketches, learning muscles and stuff. Thank you for sharing some parts of your life ❤ love from france 🇫🇷
First of all thank you so much for your great time and sharing a day in shopping market 😅. Secondly, I usually spend 200 $ as maximum for a week but I can't find a snacks for a dait so if you have any ideas that will help. Also, if you get the time we would like to have a really heavy exercising schedule. Thank you so much 👍
