Omg yay! So glad I found your channel. I’ve just moved to Melbourne from Ireland and I’ve been searching for an Aussie channel that does these budget friendly/healthy yet tasty meal ideas from an Aussie supermarket as it’s easier to compare costs. Would love to see some videos of your veggie garden 😊 mine did well with tomatoes this summer but not much else! I find it hard to keep celery fresh but if i have excess i will chop it up and freeze for bolognese

Yummy! I will definitely try these out! Your grocery haul looks like mine. I live in California and shop at Aldi for the bulk of my groceries. I also love using up all my leftovers and odds and ends to make soups, chilli or stew. It’s a good habit that saves money and leaves less waste. Thanks for your video content, happy to have found your channel 🎉

I’ve been using left over veg to make frittata’s for many years, the quinoa salad is something I’ll definitely make.. I always try to use the leaves on celery for flavouring when making soups and other one pot meals.. I remove them at the end of cooking

Wow that frittata looks amazing! I'll have to give it a go when i have bits to use up! Not sure if the kids would like it though.
