I love this video. Couponers rarely put together an actual meal plan. Yes, stocking up is good, but seeing how you can actual put together an actual meal is better. I spent around $220 at Sams, and I felt as though I got so much more food than I normally get at Publix for$100. Even if I were to double my food at Publix, I still think I did better at Sams. Maybe a price per pound series would be interesting.
