Calm, he doesn't joke around like the other or goof off - he explain really well, he knows alot about this - you can tell. Really interesting to listen to him, I feel like he can grab anything in the store and just start telling us all the interesting things about that product. Amazing knowledge and really inspiring! I would like to hear more from him - about exercises, traning, blabla.

I am not really into bodybuilding but I read John's life story and he is a very admirable and good man with extreme will power. 95% of men in his life position would have ended up dead or in jail. He is one of the greats. He took the hand life has given him and played his cards right.

Muscle & Strength I see some body builders who go so hard on their cut that they rebound by eating a ton of crap after the show. It’s not healthy or sustainable
John is not buying his thing just because it's high on Protein, or it's clean or blablabla. He choose those food because he knows what the detail benefit from those food. Not just because it's clean or anything like that. I Like this guy

This was one of my first videos of John's and afterwards I've watched so many of his workout videos on form and execution of an exercise. I knew then he was an exceptional teacher and now with his passing and the immense outpouring of grief from the BB community, I realize how very fortunate I've been to learn from him and will continue to. Thank you John, you will be greatly missed.

Sourdough bread is mainly wild yeast and lactobacillus. The sour flavor is from lactobacillus producing lactic acid as it consumes nutrients in the flour. Acetobacter produces acetic acid from ethanol; it isn’t involved much if at all in natural sour dough bread.

Mr Meadows humble method of sharing his knowledge and passion for his industry makes him a true standout. The man demystifies so many subjects, makes it easy yet intriguing to follow and he simply makes everything so easy to follow. Such a wonderful man, very sad he's no longer with us.

As someone who fell out of the drive and love of the sport for several years , his material and attitude has really encouraged me to keep going since coming back to the sport. Coming across this man who i had no idea even existed to this point maybe because i’m from the UK 🇬🇧 but wow the knowledge this man had when it came to foods and the nutritional health benefits of things in my humble opinion is unparalleled and extremely impressive! May he rest in eternal peace 🕊️🤍

I just heard John Meadows passed away, I knew the name but not much more, So I come here to get to know the man.... Just watched it and I can see this is a knowledgeable and inspiring person, I am sorry he is gone.
I love John Meadows. Even as a Bodybuilder who knows how to diet, who knows how to train, etc. i always find myself watching John, to get even more advice. While eating, even in Training i watch sometimes videos of him just to get this little bit of knowledge. I would love to get coached by him, if he wouldn´t live in the US....
peanut butter is very bad fat source. Full of omega 6 fats. Highly pro inflammatory.. You want good and cheap diet? Oats, buckwheat, potatoes, rice for carbs. WHOLE eggs not fucking egg whites, ground beef and sardines for protein and fats... That is cheap diet, but full of micronutrients. Egg whites and wheat sandwiches are fucking empty calories. You need minerals and vitamins as well..

I love that 90/10 rule about diet. that really helps me with dieting, makes dieting much more achievable and pleasent, still get the same results. cheers mountain dog!
