Looks like as for the shower head u can replace it by anything you want, dont have to stick with the stock one. Does vitalio installation is same as euphoria?
Question for Grohe... Regarding the 31 5/8" required space between the top shower arm and the bottom trim (@ 0:33). Wanted to confirm that measurement is from the bottom of the actual upper shower arm, NOT from the bottom of the upper trim? If so, I have room. If it's from trim to trim I do not. Thanks
Hello! Thank you for your question. The measurement is from the bottom of the shower arm trim to the top of the trim of the mixer valve. - GROHE Social Team
What size are the O-rings? My install has been leaking into the wall. Apparently it was leaking since the date of install. I just reassembled with original O-rings because the 39/64" O.D. X 3/8" I.D. X 7/64" O-rings wouldn't let me reassemble. BE SURE TO PUSH THE TOP PART COMPLETELY ONTO THE "BARB NIPPLE", then tighten the set screws thoroughly so it doesn't slip off, even a little. It's now not leaking. I checked, using PAPA's #2 tip from 3 years ago.
Just purchased this and the first thing I noticed was the leaking. Thankfully the nipple stuck out far enough so it wasn’t dripping into the wall. Had to take the unit off and then push it back in almost until it clicked. Let it run for a bit and no more drip. Gonna test it out for awhile and see how it holds.

The wrench size for the "barb nipple", at the end, is 10mm. Personally, I prefer not to use a crescent wrench as they tend to round out fasteners. Do not, however, tighten too tight.
1 ) There is a easy way to use teflon tape ( Hold tape the other way ) Plumbers Know 2 ) Before sticking the Upper Flange we should turn on the water to make sure there is No leak from Sleeve connection , Good Job for the rest
Where is the water flow restrictor on this unit? And is it removable? I have this unit installed but don’t want to take it apart if it’s difficult to remover the restrictors.
Hello, thank you for contacting us. There is a check valve in the threaded nipple that attaches to the pipe in the wall that can be removed. In order to remove it, you would remove the c clip and then pull it straight out. Also, we would suggest cleaning the filters at the shower head and handshower connections. If you would like more detailed assistance, please email us at Groheconsumerconnection@lixil.com, and please write "Attention Alisha/Deidrea" in the subject line. - GROHE Social Team
There a restrictor on the shower arm of the Vitalio shower system, remove metal clip, remove restrictor located on shower nipple ( fig 1a on instructions) and screw nipple back secure shower arm and rail, follow instructions and you are all set with lots of water flow ( pressure) . Make sure all screens are clean and remove restrictor from shower head and hand held! Just did mine.... 😃
@@t-mach5504 I can't find my installation instructions! I removed the restrictor from the head and the wand but do not understand what the nipple is or how to get to it to remove. :-(
@@NBSTL68 the nipple is the one coming off the wall, is where you insert the shower rail to hold the shower head! It’s a brass piece with o rings in the front. That brass nipple ( remove with a 🔧 wrench by turning it counterclockwise (to the left) then proceed to remove metal clip, with a long needle plier pull the restrictor it comes as one piece, if there is a screen remove it, clean it! Place screen back into brass nipple, put back turning by hand slowly, then use wrench 🔧 to tied it ( maybe half turn or more ) Do Not Over-tight! Do Not Use Teflon Tape! No need! 🤞
My Grohe Kalil Flex 26520000 is leaking, never had a problem with any of our Grohe products! Recently I have installed a return pump( at the water heater) and an expansion tank! Can anyone help me out? Thank you!

same problem, the switch struck inside, can’t press. bought it from Home depot a few months ago, would it covered by the warranty? is there a video on how to replace it?
