The bunnies were all due for a grooming session. So today I tackled grooming, clipping their nails, and cleaning their scent glands!

I think it’s funny when she’s cutting sterlings nails he barely flinches, even when she cuts is a little to close. But when I cut my bunnies nails I can’t even get one nail done without he acting like she’s dying🙄🤣

How often do you groom a rabbit 🐰

@@chipperandlola5457 it depends on the breed. Long haired rabbits like angoras and Lionheads are going to need to be groomed much more often than short haired rabbits. It also depends on whether or not they're shedding.

When I first researched rabbits, I thought that they belonged in tiny cages, but now my Lionhead named Ralphie is in two GIANT X-Pens that I clipped together! Thank you so much for teaching the uninformed all about proper bunny care!

The way ebony’s fur looks. Is how my rabbits fur looked when I used the furminatior a little too much and he was a little bald. I don’t use it anymore because of that. Unless my bun really needs it

This made me feel better bc I have a black rabbit and his fur looks the same with funky white patterns after brushing, and I was nervous I was being too harsh. It’s neat though how their fur is ombré!

This was a great grooming video! I just took my bun to the vet for a wellness check and had them clip his nails too. They said well we charge $15 for that and I said I do t care worth every penny to have someone else have to do it even just once lol.

My bun Cherry hates getting groomed. She's a double maned lionhead so I have to brush her at least weekly. I try to make it as stress-free as possible. I've been lightly brushing her every morning while she's eating her veggies. I also gave up trying to use a pet brush. I actually use one of my hairbrushes. I love your videos and the store.

When I clip my rabbits nails, I ALWAYS have to clean the scent glands. My rabbit was never good at cleaning them himself. Thank you for sharing this video!

I remember during the summer my bunnies were still babies they still are young now there 1 but they were only a few months old and they maulted to get the new coat and it was so hard to groom them 😂🤣
