The United States has determined that five Israeli army units committed abuses against Palestinians in the West Bank prior to the Hamas attack in October, says Vedant Patel, the deputy spokesperson for the State Department. The US State Department says of the five units, four "have effectively remediated these violations" and consultations are ongoing for the fifth one.
