Here's my first attempt at a soundscape for concept art! It was cool to blend atmospheric sounds with other instruments to create the mood that I was feeling from this concept art. I especially liked playing with the dissonance in the kalimba and muted fragmented piano. There was some strong inspiration by the soundscapes in the Resident Evil 4 Remake that I used when composing this track. I tried to incorporate the sound of the woods and small lake nearby. Fine tuning the effects for those was a bit of a challenge at first, but became pretty fun to do after some practice!
