Ground Beef & Green Bean Casserole

This casserole made with Ground Beef, Mushrooms and Green Beans is keto or low carb. It is very good and will make you happy!
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (zero carbs)
10 ounces mushrooms (9.4 g carbs)
1 teaspoon coarse salt (zero carbs)
4 ounces cream cheese (4.8 g carbs)
1/2 cup beef broth (zero carbs)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.3 g carbs)
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (0.3 g carbs)
1/2 cup heavy cream (1.5 g carbs)
2 - 14 ounce cans green beans (6 g carbs)
4 ounces cheddar cheese (1.6 g carbs)
4 ounces mozzarella cheese (3.6 g carbs)
Total carbs in this casserole = 29.5 grams carbs
***** I did not deduct any fiber from the carbs.
So if you have 1/4th of this casserole, that would be 7.4 grams carbs
You can easily leave out the mushrooms, then would be less carbs.
The green beans are so good in this, so I would leave them in this.
If you use all cheddar cheese on top, that would be less carbs.
I hope you try this because it is so so good!
Cook the ground beef, mushrooms and salt.
Reduce down until moisture is gone.
Add the cream cheese to melt.
Add the broth, garlic powder, oregano and heavy cream and cook until thick.
Place this into your 8 X 8 baking dish.
Add your drained green beans to top the ground beef mixture.
Add your 2 cups of shredded cheese.
Bake @ 350F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Allow to rest 10 minutes.
