HOW TO MAKE GROUND BEEF TACOS, AN EASY AND DELICIOUS RECIPE FOR TACOS FOR A QUICK MEAL.
TACO WRAP DOUGH
250G ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
140G WATER
1 1/2 TBSP OIL
1/2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP BICARBONATE SODA
FILLING
375G GROUND BEEF
83G KIDNEY BEANS
1 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
2 TBSP COOKING OIL
1 TSP SALT
1/2 OF A MEDIUM ONION
1/2 CUP MIXED BELL PEPPERS
1/2 TSP CUMIN
1/4 TSP UNSWEETENED COCOA
1 TSP SWEET PARIKA
1/2 TSP OREGANO
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP CHILI FLAKES
1 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC
1/2 TSP SUGAR
1/2 TSP CHICKEN OR BEEF STOCK POWDER
8 TBSP WATER
90G GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE + EXTRA FOR ASSEMBLING
50G GRATED GOUDA CHEESE + EXTRA FOR ASSEMBLING
SALSA
4 CHOPPED CHERRY TOMATOES
A BIT OF FINELY CHOPPED SPRING ONION
A BIT OF LEMON JIUCE
SAUCE
4 TBSP PLAIN YOGURT
1 TBSP KETCUP
A BIT OF SALT
A BIT OF GARLIC POWDER
LETTUCE
AVOCADO
GARNISH
PARSLEY
SPRING ONION
-ADD SALT TO THE FLOUR MIX WELL, ADD WATER AND OIL, COMBINE UNTIL CRUMBLY WITH A COOKING STICK AND THEN ADD THE SODA, MIX BY HAND INTO A ROUGH DOUGH THEN TRANSFER IT ONTO A WORK BOARD CONTINUE KNEADING UNTIL SMOOTH, PUT IN A DISH COVER AND LET IT REST FOR 20 MINUTES. AFTER 20 MINUTES DIVIDE INTO 8 PIECES WEIGHING 51G EACH.
-PUT A DROP OF OIL ON ONE SHEET OF BAKING PAPER AND THEN PLACE ONE PIECE OF THE DOUGH ON THE OIL AND THEN PUT A DROP OF OIL ON TOP OF THE DOUGH PLACE A BAKING PAPER SHEET ON TOP, START ROLLING INTO A 20CM CIRCLE, TURNING THE BAKING PAPERS ANTI-CLOCKWISE AFTER EACH ROLL, HEAT A PAN ON MEDIUM-LOW UNTIL HOT, RUB A BIT OF OIL ON THE PAN AND THEN PLACE THE DOUGH ON THE PAN ALLOW IT TO COOK FOR 30 SECONDS ON ONE SIDE, AND THEN FLIP IT ON THE OTHER SIDE COOK FOR 20 SECONDS, REMOVE FROM THE PAN PUT ON A PLATE THEN COVER WITH A KITCHEN TOWEL AND THEN A LID TO HELP KEEP THEM SOFT. REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS TO THE REMAINING PIECES.
-IN A PAN ADD 2 TBSP OF COOKING OIL HEAT ON MEDIUM UNTIL HOT, ADD THE GROUND BEEF AS A LUMP FRY FOR 2 MINUTES UNTIL IT BROWNS ON ONE SIDE, AND TURN IT ON THE OTHER SIDE FRY UNTIL IT BROWNS FOR 1,5 MINUTE, BREAK IT APART AND ALLOW IT TO RELEASE IT’S JUICE AND THEN ADD SALT STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES UNTIL THE JUICE DRIES OUT, ADD THE ONION AND BELL PEPPERS, MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 30 SECONDS, THEREAFTER ADD CUMIN, COCOA, PAPRIKA, OREGANO, BLACK PEPPER, CHILI FLAKES, TOMATO PASTE, MINCED GARLIC, SUGAR, STOCK POWDER, MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, ADD 8 TBSP OF WATER STIR AND COOK FOR ONE MINUTE, ADD THE BEANS COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN ADD THE CHEDDAR AND GOUDA CHEESE COVER WITH A LID AND LET IT MELT FOR 3 MINUTES ON LOW HEAT. TURN OF THE HEAT GARNISH WITH SPRING ONION AND PARSLEY.
-IN THE MEANTIME MAKE SALSA BY PUTTING TOGETHER, CHOPPED CHERRY TOMATOES,SPRING ONION,LEMON JUICE AND A BIT OF SALT MIX WELL AND SET ASIDE, AND THEN PUT TOGETHER YOGURT, KETCHUP, SALT AND A BIT OF GARLIC POWDER MIX WELL AND KEEP IT ASIDE. AFTER THAT ADD A BIT OF OIL IN A PAN HEAT ON MEDIUM-LOW PLACE ONE TACO WRAP IN THE PAN WARM IT FOR 30 SECONDS ON ONE SIDE AND THEN FLIP IT ON THE OTHER SIDE WARM FOR 20 SECONDS, PUT THE WRAP ON A PLATE ASSEMBLE IT BY PUTTING THE CHEESY GROUND BEEF FILLING, FOLLOWED BY A BIT OF GOUDA AND CHEDDAR CHEESE, LETTUCE, SALSA, AVOCADO, AND SAUCE AFTER THAT FOLD IN HALF SERVE AND ENJOY.
