A groundbreaking was held for the Osborne Recreation Center, a long-discussed, much-needed Cobb PARKS facility on Smyrna Powder Springs Road. The $15 million dollar SPLOST project should be completed by late spring 2025 and includes a section to possibly add an aquatic center in the future.
