Commissioners, There is no multi living housing in this area. You feel bad that you did not do your due diligence but it’s to late. Goal post has been moved and you can not reverse. Marietta Housing Authority has to much powder. This law needs to be changed. Remember This Is America. You approved building a low income senior facility with no restriction on how many seniors and what if their children or grandchildren want to live with them. Most 55 and over communities have rules on who can visit and how long they can they stay. Can you restrict it to being seniors. As a realtor I know it will effect property value. Lisa said she had research that showed otherwise. Can you stop the 144 units? That is what needs to be done. Does anyone see a low income housing in east Cobb on that map you showed? Some of the commissioners have never been in our area. But it’s always in someone’s else back yard.

The board "heard loud and clear" from the public? And the public is supposed to have faith and believe that this board has "credibility" and will follow through on this "informal commitment" to increase compensation on an annual basis, and "step up to the plate and do the right thing"??? Oh come on, Boyce. Seriously? The public has lost any faith we ever had in you and most of this board.
Fred Beloin is my new hero! And Galt Porter is no slough either! Everyone knows Cobb County's number one problem is traffic, especially rush hour traffic and Fred's concerns about rezoning a high traffic property corner owned by the county without holding them to the same standard every other owner must follow is right on!
Poor camera angle. Hopefully, next year the camera will be placed for better coverage of the parade. If you’re only shooting the event from one spot, it should obviously be focused mainly on the parade participants, not the crowd.
As a cobb county business owner, I support a humane pet adoption ordinance. We simply cannot subsidize animal cruelty on the backs of taxpayers, unsuspecting families, public shelter personnel and cobb homeowners.
