If you do find yourself experiencing a panic attack, you want to do your best to distract yourself from it and take hold of the present moment.
Some Basic Grounding Techniques that may help are to:
Steady your Breathing, taking deep breaths, with longer out-breaths.
The 5-4-3-2-1 method of finding 5 things you can see; 4 you can feel; 3 you can hear; 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste.
Picking a Category and listing as many of it as you can name out loud (e.g. Cars, Fruits, Colours, ASMR Channels)
