The past three days for me personally has been like a whirlwind of energy.... July 3rd was very agitating and very unsettling prior the full moon. Then yesterday, July 4th, was more of an integrating energy and easing much stronger toward's nightfall. Today, July 5th, seems so much density has been cleared from my fields. I would be curious if anyone else went through this immense clearing the past few days. David, I feel as though your topic today of grounding and calming the nervous system goes hand-in-hand with settling and easing into the energies I am speaking of.
