Grounding is a practice where we are anchoring ourselves to the earth. This is a wonderful guided meditation for when we feel scattered, spacey, “not all here.” Grounding helps with focus, feeling present and awareness. It is beneficial to do this meditation daily.

Thank you so much for this Grounding meditation. I try to do this every morning before heading to work. This meditation has also, helped me with my grieving.
