Addressing a couple recent questions about group moves, the command point costs, single elements conforming, and what if my group is at an angle to the enemy group?

Do these rules use dbx basing? I use 15mm minis.

John, they use similar basing so many of your armies would be compatible. To get a better idea take a look at Meshwesh for troop identification and descriptions. Also I did a video on Meshwesh and troop basing on the channel. 15mm we typically use 40mm wide base fronts.

I am sorry but the non conformining of single stands is going to be taken advantage of as much if not more than the "cheesy hit the single stand at an odd angle to cause a blocked retreat move" Players are going to position troops at odd single stand circumstances to cause the enemy to never be able to engage say in front of a line of bowman .Now the enemy is just stuck there in front of a "GORDIAN" getting shot at .

Well possibly, but I think you will find it is harder to do than you think. I would encourage you to come to the forum or the FB and show a specific cheese example. forum is here: forum.wgcwar.com/ or FB facebook.com/groups/510429695829282/ Much easier to answer detailed questions there.
