You are right... But that was not the only case... King oyster can have mycelium run in wheat/paddy straw... But king oyster mycelium has a limited window to perform mycelium run and within that time period we have to provide optimum temperature conditions other wise it will start forming pinheads with whatever mycelium has run in the bags

ये ब्लैक ओयस्टर है। कम तापमान मे ये बड़ा होने पर भी काला ही रहता है , ज्यादा तापमान होने पर ये हल्का सफेद होने लगता है । इसका स्पोन आपको देहरादून , उत्तराखंड मे प्रकृति स्पोन लैब के यहाँ से मिल जायेगा
