Stimilates biceps in the same way as backlever does. Statics are hard to learn but worth it. For those who always doubt without trying, you can google it or read “Overcoming Gravity”
@@willmartin4430 dat’s just wrong my friend I’ve seen a lot of progress since I started doing them and my arm always burn, you’re not supposed to do a farmer walk alone but it is very effective as extra stimulation when you do it correctly
Anyone that performs movement's whole heartedly, with focus, patience progressing properly every time you train, these movements are for you. Although some exercises may not fit your bro science or "science lifter methodology, it still doesn't mean they dont produce mature muscle, true strength, etc Rant complete keep goin brotha ❤
Amazing. Thank u for sharing this information with us. I’ve never seen pushups done like this. U have a fantastic physique. Sculpted by the gods, carved of marble. Good job. Don’t need fancy gym equipment to get strong, in ancient days before gyms, men worked with what they had.
The planche lean can target the long head of the bizeps a little because of the placement of the tendon, but the planche lean pushup won't, because the pushing motion shortens the bizeps at the same time. But overall if you have a trained bizeps, none of the two will activate it enough for actual growth.
Hey man can you link or just say where you got that mini pull up bar I saw some online that look like it but pretty expensive I would appreciate it thanks
Do as many as you can till your body can do no more push it to the limit three times every week Monday Wednesday and Friday give yourself rest days eat right don't stop eating meat.🌚🤭
I was told that doing the reverse hand pushup for bicep isn't good for ACTUALLY building biceps. Because, it is a push exercise and triceps are for pushing and biceps are for pulling. So, does it REALLY build biceps? I struggle with biceps and I need to find something that works for me, man.
The first exercise, is good for biceps Well at least, i can feel my biceps after every exercise, i tried many typed of push ups, this one is the only type that targets the arms, and especially biceps, good but not the best,
remember that any forms of push-up will only give you like 5% of more actual muscle mass MAX, so if you do them to look good you should lift/do other movements
Note: he has some insane genetics which is why he looks so good with only calisthenics, with calisthenics thwre is a certain point where your growth will stop because exercises become too easy and it wont be enough to stimulatr your muscles , calisthenics also will build muscle lot slower than usual weight training (2-3× slower) and if you wan to build your biceps with calisthenics just do pull ups and normal chinups
FOUND THE GUY THAT BLAMES GENETICS! Buddy, most of the strongest men on earth rarely lift weights. Football players, sumo wrestlers, firemen, and army men. Genetics are a factor, but it isn't everything
@@Bullboy_Adventures fighter , wrestler, sumo all that WONT BUILD MUSCLE . All of them get their strenght from training but also another one which every sport uses. Weigtlifting, football players, basketball players, police, wrestler fighters etc. All of them use weightlifting in some kind of way and a kind of training style for a different purpose. What im stating is , that amount of muscle without any kind of added weight for optimal overloading the muscles. You see after a long time you wont build muscle anymore. When you for example use 1lb weights to do lateral raises it doesnt really challange you but just makes you run out of stamina. Because higher reps are for endurance not muscle building. It gets to the point where you are too strong for your bodyweight and need added weight to progress. Which i probably supose he is doing. Weighted calisthenics. Which I DO trust in building huge amounts of muscle as normal weightlifting. The point is, getting this much muscle and looking this good takes good genetics, to some people they can NEVER in a thousand years achieve that kind of body, because everyone has a different response to muscle stress , different muscle growth, different body frame , etc. Showing this to the youth makes them think they can reach that and uninevitabely lose intrest in calisthenics and leave. Genetics do play a role in it yes, but there are like 8% of weigt lifters in the whole world, and less than 0.001% of those 8% get to look this god damn good. Anyone could work as hard as him but not look like him. Anyways why the hell do you bring firefighters , sumo wrestlers, football players into this? You know that 99% of them dont ever use calisthenics besides push ups and pull ups?
No need to teach the floor with your dick-- I mean, your chest, with push ups. It's kind of dangerous too and not really much more effective. Great vid anyway
