Absolutely great video, makes me want to set something like this up in The Netherlands. Would love to see how profitable the whole operation is and what the setup costs would be.

Is het gelukt met het opzetten van de farm? Ik ga zelf ook beginnen om oesterzwammen te kweken, mijn mycelium komt deze week binnen :)

I think there can be some reusable material to use but it makes it so much harder to keep clean. We haven’t found a better way yet. But you can always grow them on tree logs!

Hello, you can always just use mushrooms from the hot part of Europe or America they are fit for your climate I think :)

do you use a co2 meter also i find master mix works the best

We don’t have a meter now but we will get one however the most important is to look at the mushrooms if they are in a good or bad environment

I love what you're doing but seeing all the plastic makes me choke. Its great you are reusing coffee grounds but with all that single use plastic, mentioning anything related to the environment is kinda greenwashy. It means "I'm considering the environment as long as it doesn't impact my money" Toooooo much waste in this process, honestly, and there has to be another way. I hope you find one.

I get where you are coming from for sure. However we try to recycle as much plastic as we can and if you calculate how much water and energy (oil) it requires to produce a kg of beef compared to lions mane, the difference is huge. Also if you take into account that you use a small amount of plastic for each block
