I previously lived in Malawi and I fell in love with these little peppers ❤, and the birdseye as well! I would love to have some seeds ! I am currently in Montana USA but I would grow them inside!
I live in mzuzu and knew an old italian lad, Remo audizi, who had been married to a portuguese. From this disastrous union, a sauce was born. Few people know the receipe, but i make it, and it is to die for.
FYI, it's known as Akabare chilly or Dallae Khursani in Nepal. It's grown in the terrace of many homes here. It's not limited to Africa only; actually It's harvested in eastern India as well.
Hi there, I brought seeds back from Malawi a few years ago, and planted them. My plants have not fruited yet, and are growing more smaller leaves along the stem. Family in malawi dot grow them from seed, as the plants have been on our land for many generations. Do you have any tips? I am in Australia, and right now would be the perfect time for them to fruit
Great Video 👍 my cousin got married in Malawi a few months ago, and brought me some seeds. The three I planted, already germinated. I cant wait to taste the pods
Great video and this looks like an amazing variety which I may grow next year in the UK. When are you adding more videos to your channel? I really enjoyed this one.
I've had great success growing Kambuzi chilies in pots in Cape Town. They are perennial and last year I cut them back hard in the winter and repotted with fresh soil. They've done fantastically. They make an amazing sauce, best bottled and left to mellow for a few months before enjoying.
