I'm a girl in engineering so have ended up with many guy friends but only one like you and Jahvis. I often get comments from ppl like "Oh you must have a crush" and such but struggle to put into words what it's like to have someone you completely gel with but don't at all see like that. I guess it's almost like a sibling but not quite. All I know is it's a special relationship to have. It allows you to gather perspective on so many different things in such a pure way knowing there's nothing more intended behind it. It's so refreshing to see examples of it on the internet. Glad to hear you're both doing well and great to get another catch-up vid!

wow, that was pretty shocking that that video you showed of the two of you in 2022 is almost 2 years agoooo. 6:50 It took me one year to really understand him, but yeah, I'm sure now it's not that he doesn't love who I am or he doesn't feel me as THE person... It's just I'm THE person, but of a life he didn't choose. In this life he choose all the rest, in this life it's all about things I'm not. He habits a life where he's a version of himself which doesn't fits the person he is with me. It's okay. We can not live us, but this doesn't mean we can not feel us.
I thought about so many of these things today! I waited for a to-go order and to be able to use tap-pay with my low battery phone I just sat and looked around, funny to hear Jahvis specifically mention fish and chips. You’re both a couple years older than me, and I see you in a really great kind and courageous light, it’s calming to hear you both talk about learning to do one thing at a time as that’s something I’m really focused on these days. To anyone else in a similar boat: it’s so worth slowing down in some moments, sometimes in moments where you feel you absolutely have to do 100 things in the next 12 minutes, pause. One of my most laid back friends who is always dreaming up ideas really lives in the present and his actions are very based on how he feels in the moment, being driven by loving what he does though he somehow gets more work done in a week than me stressing myself out may do in a month. There’s all sorts of factors, and there’s no need to compare. But to me it’s a reminder that there isn’t only one way to approach or live, and it’s important to figure out what works for you because that just might be the key to what you’re trying to have more of in your life! ✴️
I had a friend where we met on goodreads. We both loved to read. Started with emails on good reads , then went to regular emails, and eventually letters and then texting and face timing. After 20 years she texted me saying she felt the friendship had grown distant and decided that it was best to go our separate ways . I shocked by it but i said i understood and we went separate ways. I’m not gonna lie it hurt . I thought she knew that i was going through a rough time and had experienced some stuff that made me depressed and stressed. After some time we check in on each other but that’s in. She seems to want to reignite our friendship but i have no interest to be honest. She cut off our friendship without asking me what the hell was going on with me.
No! I'm English and your accents cracked me up in the best way! Me and my friends also always do Australian accents when we talk sometimes haha, I love hearing people try accents, no-one will kill you for it 🤣 Also I've been watching your videos for around 4 years now and they are still my absolute favourite ❤️❤️❤️

Aww this made me so happy🥰 I'm also turning 24 this year and the fact that that could be labeled "mid-twenties" is the weirdest thing somehow but I'm really glad I got to grow up with the last few years!
