Growing beetroots in pots (60 days journey from sowing to harvest) 

Beetroots should be a staple of every vegetable garden. They're really easy to grow from seed - and you don't have to wait long until harvest time. You can harvest the greens before the beets are ready. The beet greens can be used in salads and they are highly nutricious. I harvested the first beetroot after 60 days of planting.
