I'm experimenting with something similar. However, I'm using just red solo cups. Two for each plant and watering via the lower cup. I'm using regular potting soil in one and coconut coir in the other. They are mini bok choy so they will not get as big as yours. Thanks for the excellent vid!
if u cut the outer leaves and leave the middle younger ones.. they will continue to grow.. if u cut the whole thing and leave about 5cm it will grow but very slow.
I have notice that you have an insect problem on most of your vegetables. Will you be addressing this problem and if so what method will you use in getting rid of the pest?
