Join us for an inspiring interview with Ms. Chhorn Dalis, founder of Kirirom Food Production (KFP), in collaboration with GIZ ASEAN AgriTrade!
We process and export 95% of mangoes while selling the remaining 5% locally. Currently, we produce dried mangoes, but we're expanding to include mango purée and juice to utilize all the mangoes, including smaller ones.
Additionally, we prioritize zero waste management by repurposing mango skins and seeds into animal food and compost.
