I planted all my Thai chilies from the seed back in February. It's mid August now and still none have turned red yet. I've been pruning and taking off leaves but no luck. I live in the North West. Why is it taking so long? Will they be ready by October at least? If not what am I doing wrong

Did you repot all 4 seedlings into one pot or individual pots? What fertilizer did you use?
