Enjoyed you explaining your feelings and experiences with honesty. As with any Australian or Japanese or any one else, to know a culture is to study it. Read some history, look at different arts and music and foods and all the good stuff. We can never be fully in tune with any culture as each culture is really so diverse and holds within it a multitude of sub-cultures and opinions / beliefs. But that will shape you as a person, and will determine your intelligence and value - and that's all that matters in the end. Well done.
Hi grace, I'm prastu from Indonesia. I am grateful to have found your very inspiring RU-vid channel. As a fellow Asian, I really appreciate your English language skills. To me it is very interesting how mixed raced people feel. It seems like racially pure people don't want to accept the mixed raced people into their group because of phenotypic differences. It seems human nature sorts out who is part of the in-group and who is the out-group. Will be interesting to see whether in the future the mixed people simply form their own group just like in South Africa with the Coloureds.
