Great talk. Prabir did change a lot after being into Gig....he is sounding like Tom Peters ! All for good. Pleasant change in him... Immediately out of Cipla, which may have come too sudden and unseen had rattled him and it took him time to get out of that mischief played on him.. Today, he rightly mentioned to some that HR fraternity actually didn't help him a bit in his venture, the advisory business. I guess, the way forward for him to talk business and leaderships, landmark cases of business success and trends of consumer economy, etc. He has all the great ingredients for being that Tom Peters ...Good luck to him.
